TCC is the largest provider of higher education and workforce development services in Hampton Roads, enrolling nearly 47,000 students annually—the second largest undergraduate student body in the Commonwealth of Virginia. TCC is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award the associate’s degree, and among two-year institutions in the U.S., it is the 19th largest associate’s degree producer. Transfer Credit Policy

Minimum Grade:

Students will not receive credit for courses with grades lower than a "C". Grades of "S", "P", etc will not receive transfer credit unless the transcript legend or other official documentation says this form of grade is equivalent to a "C" or higher.
