Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    To be admitted to Thomas University, transfer students (this includes readmits as well) must have a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or greater calculated on all prior coursework. A cumulative GPA lower than 2.0 will be considered for provisional admission by the TU Admissions Committee.
  • Official Transcripts:
    Official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended are required. If you transfer in with fewer than 14 semester hours, you will also need to submit your official high school transcript/GED certificate for your file.
  • Letters of Recommendation:
    Three letters of recommendation are required.
  • Essay:
    A Personal Statement and Resume are required.
  • Application Fee:
    There is a $35 non-refundable application fee.
  • Interview:
    An interview is not required.
  • Other Requirements:
    Any B.A. or B.S. to enroll in our Masters in Counseling. 100% on-line.
