  • Scholarships and Financial Aid:
    Complete the FAFSA online. The Southwest FAFSA School Code is 010439. Many types of financial aid are offered, including federal, state and private. Federal financial aid can only be used for courses taken in your chosen program of study.
  • Tuition and Fees:
    Tuition includes $168.00 per credit hour for In-State Students and $692 for Out-of-State students, Technology Fee $18/credit hour (not to exceed $116), Activity Fee $15/term, Program Service Fee $17/term, and International Education Fee $7.50/term.

Transfer Application Requirements

  • Official Transcripts:
    Official transcripts from all colleges previously attended are required. An official high school transcript or equivalency test scores (GED or HiSet) are also required.
  • Other Requirements:
    You must provide Proof of Citizenship. Applicants who are under 18 years of age must have a parent/guardian sign the required immunization health history form.

  • Credits (Min/Max):
    The maximum number of transfer credits including alternative forms of credit acceptable towards a student’s academic program is two-thirds (2/3) of the program’s required credits.
