Financial Information

• Scholarships and Financial Aid:
  Financial assistance is available to qualified students from a variety of federal and state sources. Students at Southern Crescent Technical College can look to several areas for financial aid: Pell Grant, HOPE Grant, and HOPE Scholarship.

Transfer Application Requirements

• Minimum GPA:
  Not published.
• Official Transcripts:
  An official high school transcript or GED scores. If the transcript is in a language other than English, the transcript must be evaluated for equivalency by an approved evaluation agency. Official transcripts from all colleges previously attended.
• SAT Scores:
  Complete the COMPASS placement exam offered by SCTC or submit satisfactory SAT, ACT, or ASSET scores if taken within the past five years.
• Application Fee:
  A $20.00 non-refundable application fee.
