The mission of the Office of Financial Aid is to efficiently and effectively provide appropriate and varied opportunities for the financial assistance including both need based and non-need based funds, while meeting customer service expectations.

Transfer Application Requirements

Minimum GPA:

There is a minimum GPA requirement of 2.0 for transfer admission consideration.
Official Transcripts:

Transfer applicants with less than 18 hours of course credit will need to supply an official high school transcript. All transfer applicants must supply official copies of transcripts from every college/universities attended.
SAT Scores:

Transfer applicants with less than 18 hours of course credit will need to supply official standardized test scores.
Essay:

An essay or personal statement is not required.
Application Fee:

The application fee is $20 if you apply by the deadline. After the deadline, the fee is $70.
Interview:

An interview is not required.
Other Requirements:

Transfer students with less than 18 hours of college credit must have no more than one developmental course required. Transfer students with more than 18 hours must have all developmental course requirements must be completed.

Transfer Credit Policy

Minimum Grade:

The lowest grade earned for any course that may be transferred for credit is D.
Credits (Min/Max):

At least the final 30 hours; at least one-half of the hours required in the major field or fields; at least 25 % of credit semester hours must be earned through Southeastern.
