Financial Information

• Scholarships and Financial Aid:
  Merit & need-base grants are available; students should complete the FAFSA. The Siena Franciscan Scholarship is awarded based on the student's strong record of academic achievement, demonstrated leadership & community activities.

Information for Transfer In Students

• Accepts Transfers:
  Once the required documents are received, a decision letter will be mailed within 2-3 weeks along with a tentative credit evaluation. If you would like a preliminary review of your credits, please call the transfer coordinator at 1-888-AT-SIENA.

• Official Transcripts:
  Official transcripts are required to be sent from all previous colleges attended.
• SAT Scores:
  N/A
• Letters of Recommendation:
  1 letter of recommendation is required.
• Essay:
  No essay is required; personal statement is encouraged.
• Application Fee:
  Free
• Interview:
  Not required, but encouraged.
• Other Requirements:
  Students entering must have taken math through college algebra or statistics before entering the college. For students wishing to enter the School of Science, pre-calculus is required.

Transfer Credit Policy

• Minimum Grade:
  Grades of a C or better are transferrable.
• Credits (Min/Max):
  66 from a 2 year institution, 75 from a 4 year institution. Please call the Office of Admissions if you would like a tentative credit evaluation at 1-888-AT-SIENA
