PSC 1121: Introduction to Physical Science

A general education course involving an elementary study of the physical laws that govern the universe, and characteristics of matter, including the changes it undergoes. This four-hour noncredit course is designed for students who do not possess entry skills for college prep reading as indicated by a CPT score below 38, an Enhanced ACT Social Studies Reading Score of 0-10 or below 9 on the TABE. Students may repeat this course as needed to meet entry requirements for college prep reading.
