Supervised Field Experiences Prerequisites: GPA 2.0 or Better and Permission of Instructor The student in consultation with an ECSU faculty mentor, finds a supervisor with an external agency (physician, staff scientist, veterinarian, forester, etc.) to support and guide the student's project. With advice from the faculty mentor and agency supervisor, the student prepares a proposal for the fieldexperience. This proposal should indicate the nature and amount of work to be done and the method for evaluation of the project by supervisor and mentor. This proposal is submitted to the department chairperson.
