The underlying assumptions and research support for these theories are appraised. Enables the student to gain an appreciation of the value of alternative theoretical approaches to this study of psychology.

1-6 CR. (1-6L) This course examines the research on creativity and explores the creative process through classroom activities, group projects, and the use of technology. This course will assist students in the application of creative processes in the real world setting.

Enables the student to gain an understanding and demonstrate skills that include positioning, body mechanics, transfers, range of motion, palpation, vital signs, aseptic techniques, bandaging, intermittent venous compression, medical terminology, activities of daily living, wheelchair management, architectural barriers.
