Learn to analyze the job, examine its functional components, spot the weaknesses and then take concrete steps to correct them through motivation, delegation and time management.

Major emphasis will be placed on skills used to gain employment (resumes, interviewing, and professional appearance) and on skills used to achieve continued personal success (professional behavior and attitude). The course will include at least one simulated interview.

Enables the student to understand and develop ethical sales techniques and covers the role of selling in the marketing process.
