Statutes and case law; conflicting evidence; proper methods and procedures for collecting evidence; riparian rights; surface and subsurface rights; and eminent domain are studied. Boundary agreements and legal instruments prepared by the land surveyor are introduced. The role of the land surveyor as an expert witness is presented. (Senior Experience)
