Activities classes. Classes are conducted in the following activities: aquatics (swimming, physical conditioning swimming, and scuba); fitness (aerobics, conditioning, pilates, jogging/running and weight training); dance (recreational, yoga); outdoor activities; team sports (basketball, soccer, volleyball); and individual sports (martial arts). Course offerings vary from semester to semester. Most sections meet twice weekly, with some sections meeting at specially arranged times according to the nature of the activity.
