Pass/No Pass/Letter Grade Option CSU This course provides an introduction to the basic principles of procedural law and the nature of the American judicial system with consideration given to an analysis of the decision making that takes place within the civil, criminal, and administrative agency processes. The areas of procedural law studied include the organization and jurisdiction of the courts, civil and criminal pretrial proceedings, discovery and production of evidence, trial practice, and appellate procedures. Cypress College 2008-2009 236 / Marketing To earn an Associate Degree students must complete: (1) all major course requirements with a minimum grade of "C"; (2)California State University General Education Breadth requirements (CSU GE Breadth) or IGETC General Education Plan; (3) any elective courses to complete a minimum of 60 units; (4) complete all graduation requirements; and, (5) have an overall GPA of 2.0. At least 50% of all major course work must be completed at Cypress College.
