UC Credit Limitation/CSU, AA GE, CSU GE This course is an open laboratory experience for those people who want to get maximal physical return for a limited time invested. This class is designed to provide instruction and supervision of students with individualized power training programs using free weights. It is for men and women of all ages who are interested in improving power moves using squats, dead lifts, and the bench press. Workout times are adjusted to the individual's schedule with flexible hours and variable units.
