The exercise sessions will include simple dance steps, dynamic full body movements, muscle toning, stretching and relaxation techniques. This course is designed to prevent injury and is ideal for beginning aerobicizers, the overweight individual, injured or recuperating students, and older students as well as the general student population. This class is designed for both men and women.

One hour lecture and Two hours activity per week. CSU, AA GE, CSU GE Prerequisite: Physician's clearance required for persons age 35 or over. This course will evaluate the fitness level of individuals by modern scientific equipment. Based on the results of a battery of tests, an exercise prescription will be developed to meet individual goals. Student progress will be evaluated with post-testing.
