Beginning reading class for students from a variety of backgrounds and learning skill levels, who are having extreme difficulty with reading. Emphasis on phonics, basic sight vocabulary, comprehension, and following directions. Fifteen hours of supplemental instruction in a Success Center that supports this course is required.
