This course prepares the student for the FAA fundamentals of instruction and flight instructor, airplane airmen knowledge and practical examinations. This course will provide the student with instructional knowledge, skill, and the aeronautical experience necessary to meet the requirements of a certified flight instructor certificate with an airplane single-engine class rating. The student will demonstrate through knowledge tests, flight tests, and appropriate records that he/she meets the instructional knowledge, skill, and experience necessary to obtain a certified flight instructor certificate with an airplane--single-engine class rating.
