ENGL 1113: Fundamentals of Writing

(Prerequisite: Placement by score on ACT, SAT, COMPASS, or a grade of "C" or better inENGL 1013 Basic English. Co-requisite: READ 1213 Developmental Reading, if required.) This course is a continuation of ENGL 1013 Basic English. Students learn the writing process and methods of paragraph development while working with varied resources. A grade of "C" or better is required before progressing to ENGL 1313 EnglishComposition I. This course is not transferable.
