Work experience to complement and extend the classroom experience through the application of a student?s academic experiences in information science in a professional information technology environment. A minimum of 200 hours of work with the participating employer is required. The exact number of hours per week, activities, and responsibilities are dependent on the nature of the work experience and must be specified in written agreements coordinated with the UALR Office of Cooperative Education.
