Prerequisite: declared major, 60 hours of course work completed, consent of the department chairperson and director of cooperative education. Placement in an applied work experience in either physical or cultural anthropology or archaeology. Students will work under the direction of specialists in these areas or specialists in related areas. Credit will be awarded based on at least 200 hours of work during the semester and fulfillment of the contractual obligations agreed to by both UALR and the public/private agency where placement occurs.
