A study of the defense of the Christian faith. Topics discussed will include apologetic methodology, arguments for God's existence, miracles, evidence for the deity and resurrection of Jesus, and responses to several major objections to the Christian faith.

A survey of the major worldviews in their contemporary cultural expression and their implications for human existence, meaning, and value. Special emphasis will be placed on the integration of the Christian theistic worldview in to the various spheres of human life.

A theological and apologetic critique of the major world religions and pseudo-Christian cults, including Judaism, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Roman Catholicism, Latter Day Saints, Jehovah's Witnesses, the New Age Movement, and the Word-Faith Movement.

A study and defense of the historical reliability, inerrancy, and divine authority of the Bible. The course will focus on giving responses to major objections to the reliability and authority of the Bible, including the challenge of contemporary historical Jesus research.

Examines the life of our Lord by placing the events recorded in all four gospels in reasonable chronological order. Attention is placed on items as they relate to the redemptive plan of God and the background materials that pertain to events in the Savior's life (Prerequisite: BIB1330).

An exposition of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John that takes into account literary techniques employed by each author to communicate the theological message of each book and that also addresses selected synoptic issues. ( replaces BIB2130 Life of Christ as Bible Core Course)

An expository, analytical and practical examination of this Epistle with attention given to Paul's defense of his apostleship, the message of justification by faith, and Christian liberty (Prerequisites: BIB1330, BIB1332, BIB2331).

An expository, analytical, and practical examination of the Epistle with attention given to church discipline, Christian liberty, spiritual gifts (Prerequisites: BIB1330, BIB1332, BIB2331).

A detailed study of the historical biographical and cultural background of the 400 silent years between the closing of the Old Testament and the opening of the New Testament. Emphasis will be given to the significant events in the development of the nation of Israel as it relates to the temple, the land, and the people (Prerequisite: BIB1330).
