Students evaluate projects using a systems approach, incorporating project planning, scheduling, and control to meet established goals that include technical requirements, time schedules, and economic performance. The course provides practice in decision-making applicable to project management and in use of time value of money calculations. Students are enabled with skills required to attain successful outcomes of engineering based projects.
