Develops 10-key proficiency using 10-key pad. Student may enroll once in AOT 1091, AOT 1092, and AOT 1093 for a maximum of six credits. Emphasizes creation and design of spreadsheets including formulas, projections, charting, web pages, lists, macros, and multiple workbooks as needed for effective presentations in the business/office environment. This class introduces the fundamentals of presentation software, currently Microsoft PowerPoint. Students will learn how to create and modify a slide presentation, insert clip art, add slide transition and animation effects, create graphic objects, and prepare a presentation for publishing to the web using PowerPoint.
