    This class teaches application-specific skills that will enable students to effectively implement, support, and troubleshoot Microsoft Word within a corporate environment. There is a strong emphasis on the skills required for supporting users of Microsoft Word in a workgroup. This class is designed to help prepare students for the MOUS Word Expert Certification test.
