Applied one-half hour music lessons are available in voice, piano, and selected instruments as approved by the instructor. One-half hour, one credit each.

Class instruction in the basic and intermediate techniques of singing through lecture and demonstration, group instruction, and individual participation. Two hours, one credit each.

Basic course which emphasizes physical and mental adjustment to the water through basic swimming and rescue skills. Prerequisite: individuals who are uncomfortable in water and are unable to swim one width of the pool. Pass/Fail. Two hours, one credit.
