Provides the Cohort members with a broad-based, interdisciplinary application of leadership and ethics theory. Cohort members will be expected to analyze and critique the leadership styles observed in their own experiences in the context of those theoretical perspectives.

Enables Cohort members to develop the knowledge of the cultural, sociological, political, legal, scientific, economic contexts, and education trends in which school districts will operate in the 21st Century, and the ability to analyze, synthesize, and assess those cultural, sociological, political, legal, scientific, and economic conditions that will impact current and future education decisions.
