    Students are introduced to methods and materials of instruction for teaching literature, composition, speech, and related communication skills on the secondary level. The development of useful lesson plans, and an appreciation for the value of research and information literacy in the high school classroom will be discussed by prospective teachers enrolled in this course. Course is required for secondary education certi?cation in communication. Offered upon suf?cient enrollment. 3 credits
