A variety of written texts will provide models for different kinds of writing, with an emphasis on description and narration. Intensive writing practice through formal compositions as well as weekly participation in electronic bulletin board discussions on topics of student's choosing. Fulfills the General Education writing intensive requirement. Prerequisite(s): A Fre 301 (formerly A Fre 240) or placement.
