    The Computer Support Technician Program prepares students for careers in the field of computer technology as support or help desk technicians. Students can anticipate employment opportunities that require essential concepts and technicques necessary to build and maintain personal computers. Students will engage in both lecture and hands-on classes in Installation of Hardware and Software, Computer Assembly and Upgrading, Applications and Troubleshooting. Upon completion of the program, students will seek employment and/or continue studies in A plus Certification Accelerated Exam Prep. Prerequisites are: knowledge of keyboarding and software skills.
