Such problems are discussed within the larger context of environmental philosophy, including such perspectives as utilitarianism, holism, social ecology, deep ecology, ecofeminism and postmodernism. Applications to local issues in land use, wilderness, civic agriculture and food will be included. ?/?/? Note: Each student must have a 35mm camera with manual settings. Students are required to purchase printing paper, film, a processing tank and mounting supplies. The cost of these supplies is approximately $150-$250 per semester.
