Examines corporate combinations and the special applications of measurement and realization principles in such matters as consolidations, conglomerates, pooling of interests, and international operations. Explores federal gift and estate taxation and the federal income taxation of fiduciaries. Introduces computerized tax research using a state of the art online tax research database.
