An introduction to the use of the SAS Programming language for the analysis and presentation of data. The topics will include an introduction to the SAS environment on a PC, the components of a SAS program, creating a SAS data set, saving and retrieving data, an introduction to SAS procedures, manipulating dada within SAS, and data mining with large data sets. Prerequisite: A grade of C or better in MA 102 or MA 180 or an equivalent course. 3 Credits.
