Prepares students to understand and implement security measures in VLAN, WAN, and Workgroup networks. Covers techniques used to test the security of routers, workstations, and servers. The tools and techniques that are taught will be used to perform penetration testing of all aspects of a computer network. Prerequisite: IT 294 or permission of instructor.

Provides opportunities for students to use the tools acquired through previous courses and apply them to real-world information technology security projects. Students will be part of a working team that provides baseline security analysis and recommends solutions.

Exploration of principles of client-centered communication skills, utilizing the Language of Healing. Consideration of personal and professional ethics. Initial investigation of client intake and primary documentation.

Enhance communication skills with clients, other healthcare professionals, and insurance companies with a focus on treatment massage. Attention is given to the creation of forms to facilitate these skills. Additional emphasis is placed on taking a thorough health history, documenting the client session (SOAP charting), and medical billing for services provided. Also included is an introduction to client ledgers and basic bookkeeping procedures. Course includes online component.

Exploration of functional human anatomy, examining the skeletal and muscular layers of the human body. Students investigate the extrinsic muscles of the body, discovering the origins, insertions, actions, and fiber arrangements of these muscles, as well as the bones and bony landmarks to which they attach. Class includes lecture, palpation, and an online component.
