SPRING Prerequisite: PSYC 100. This course is designed to examine various cognitive and behavioral change procedures in terms of their theoretical basis and applied strategies. Operant, respondent, social learning and cognitive theories and their applications will be studied. Students will be required to engage in a self-change project throughout the quarter in order to better understand the principles of cognitive and behavioral change.
