Organizational Behavior and Process Consider the following problems typical in today's organizations: de-motivated and demoralized employees, decision making fiascos, ineffective or absent leadership, toxic organizational culture, dysfunctional politics, power grabs, and filed change efforts. All of these problems fall within the domain of organizational behavior. Our goals in this course are to: 1) Clearly convey key theoretical concepts from text and readings so that you can identify the root causes of organizational-behavioral problems and then generate solutions to address these causes. 2) Provide ample opportunity for you to apply these concepts in exercises, case discussions, role-plays, and other activities. 3) Equip you with a set of skills, techniques, measures, and other tools that you can call upon when faced with organizational-behavioral problems over the course of your career.
