Emphasizing stylistic development and cultural history, this course aims to cultivate fundamental skills of visual analysis and critical description. 3 credits.

From Giotto to Giacometti, Fragonard to Frank Lloyd Wright, an examination of the visual and material culture of Europe, North America, and other regions from the fourteenth century to the present day.
