Become familiar with the New York State Learning Standards in Math, Science, and Technology. Learn to use technology (including assistive technology) as well as a broad range of teaching methods and materials that will allow middle childhood and adolescent students within the full range of abilities to master the subject matter. Emphasis will be placed on methods of reading enrichment and/or remediation to assure students' academic success. Prerequisite: EDU 2000. Fieldwork is required. ( Spring)
