This course identifies and explains the origins of stressors that build up and lead to uncontrolled anger and violence. The many factors that contribute to anger are discussed and related to personal experiences. The contribution of relationship difficulties is studied in detail. Students develop a workable "Stress/Anger/Violence Management and Prevention Plan" to reduce stress and anger and reduce or eliminate violence. A "Relationship Improvement Plan" is also developed to manage relationship strife. Taught on Saturday afternoon
