Prerequisite: PSY 121 Introduces the student to the psychometric principles of measurement. Various methods of assessment (cognitive ability tests, personality measures, employment interview, assessment centers, and work samples) are reviewed with a hands-on component whenever possible. Current issues and misuses of testing and selection will also be addressed.
