1-4 credits Students work in an approved organization, under supervision of someone in that organization and of a gender and sexuality studies faculty member. Placements can be made in business, governmental and non-profit organizations and in local, grass-roots movements that draw on the knowledge acquired in gender studies courses. A minimum of 48 hours of field work per credit is required. Students must make bi-weekly reports, and they are required to analyze and evaluate their work at the end of the semester.
