The design, implementation, and utilization of models and their software support systems for application in managerial decision making at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels. Topics include the perspective of decision-support systems, the management of large simulation models and documentation standards, combined hybrid simulation languages and their applications, financial modeling and financial modeling languages. Systems dynamics and its managerial applications at the strategic level; specialized modeling and analysis software packages for managerial decision making; and recent research in computer-aided tools for capturing group judgment, modeling, and decision-making are also discussed.
