The chemical properties of interfaces will be the main focus of this course. Chemistry of gas-liquid, solid-gas, and solid-liquid interfaces will be discussed with emphasis on thermodynamic descriptions. Industrial applications of interfacial processes will also be discussed. (Offered every other Spring semester.) Prerequisities: Chem 333 and 334 or the equivalent.
