EDUC 250 for FCS Ed majors, or consent of instructor. A study of family and consumer sciences curriculum patterns including objectives, methods of planning and presentation, laboratory organization, home and community projects, instructional materials, evaluation, and federal and state legislation for vocational education and family and consumer sciences.
