Focuses on the beginning transition to the RN role the acquisition of essential skills, the development of critical thinking in the care of clients experiencing dysfunctional health patterns of health perception-health management, value-belief, rest-sleep activity-exercise, and nutritional-metabolic. The course is designed to assist the Practical Nurse to make the beginning transition to the RN role.
