This course focuses on programming design that develops an application's data and the methods you need to manipulate that data. Topics covered will include defining a class, instantiating and using objects, using inheritance, and understanding polymorphism. Code examples will be presented as part of the class discussions. Benefits of object-oriented programming will also be discussed. A strong understanding of modular procedural programming concepts such as variables, modules, and passing values to modules is required as a starting point for this course.
