Three hours Conditioning This course involves the study of training and conditioning methods used to improve and sustain athletic performance. Students will epand on their background in the structural, metabolic, and physiologic constructs of neuromuscular function. These concepts will be applied to eercise and physical training, and students will learn about the technique and characteristics of several advanced weight-training programs. Age, gender, race, and clinical issues will also be eplored. Pre-requisite: HP 230.
