MUS 258: Practicum in Music Therapy

Observation of clinical music therapy followed by supervised co-lead clinical experience in music therapy in a subsequent semester. Experiences in assessment, treatment planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of clinical process. Discussion of clinical and professional topics in weekly seminar. 2 s.h. required in Music Therapy degree program with a C or better in both hours in order to be eligible for internship (Mus 457). Prerequisite or Corequisite: Mus 151.
