Study of the application of principles of anatomy, physiology and exercise physiology in the recommendation of resistance exercises for the improvement in health and athletic performance. This course also serves as preparation for those students interested in sitting for the CSCS exam given by the NSCA Certification Commission. Same as PED 455.
