Now, you can learn to speak Chinese quickly and easily. With in-class instruction, the Chinese Program incorporates all aspects of the Chinese language: Phonetics, listening, speaking, reading, writing, vocabulary, and grammar. Additionally, out-of-class activities enable students to gain an in-depth understanding of Chinese culture and way of life.

The primary objective of the course is to gain a new understanding of diversity for participants, and they learn how the benefits of a diverse workforce will create wholeness in an organization. Key skills focus on how the demographic make-up of the changing workforce has created new workplaces challenges. There is importance in confronting participants¿ belief system, where they come from and how to let go of ¿close-minded¿ thinking. Moreover, participants learn that prejudice is a natural emotion and how to identify our own biases. In a diverse workplace, participants are required to learn to challenge their biases and learn tips to communicate more effectively.
