PE 395: Kinesiology

This course is a detailed study of the skeletal and muscular systems to include identification of the origin, insertion and action and inaction of the major muscles. The students will become proficient in the use of directional and move- ment terminology and be able to classify movement levels and identify the plane/axis as well as the agonist and anta- gonist in a movement. Prerequisite: BIO 212.
